When you work with me, you’ll find that the way I work differs quite a bit from the norm in this business. You see, my approach is not about closing a transaction or securing a deal. In fact, it’s almost the opposite – I would rather have each and every one of the buyers and sellers with whom I work be 100% satisfied with what we are trying to achieve than close a transaction. I want what is right for you and your situation – whatever that may be. My mission is to work in your best interest.
In addition, I am dedicated to making the home selling and buying process a rewarding, positive and even fun experience for all involved – a “win-win” situation, if you will, for buyers and sellers. You will find that I take a personal, hands-on approach with each of my clients. Everyone is different, and that’s one of the things I love most about what I do – one of my greatest joys is learning about you and your life so I can match you up with the home or buyer that is perfect for you in every way. Whether you are a first-time buyer looking for a home in a top school district or you are moving from the area and want to see your home enjoyed by a new family that will love it as much as you do – making these things happen is my greatest joy.
I started my career in real estate almost a decade ago, and since that time, I’ve worked at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Weston, MA, and at Hammond Residential/GMAC in Wellesley, MA. I’m currently lucky enough to be working with Pinnacle Residential Properties in Wellesley, MA – this team-oriented, service-focused company is tremendously supportive, and that’s exactly how I love to work.
On a personal note, I have lived in Weston, MA since 1998, and I have three gorgeous (in my humble, unbiased opinion) children who all attend the Weston Public School system – as an aside and as you may know, the high school has been ranked #1 by Boston Magazine for the last three out of four years (2009, 2010 and 2012).
And before all of this, I received my BA from Brown University and my MBA from Columbia University. I grew up in Baltimore, MD, but I must say that I love the Northeast – it’s my home!
So, with all of this in mind, I’d like to extend you a warm welcome to my site once again, and invite you to take a look around. You’ll find everything you need to get started here – a property search service, information on local schools and community services, a way to request a complimentary market analysis of your home or other market statistics and much more!
Whether you are buying a home, selling a home, or just need some advice and questions answered, I’m here, ready to help you realize your real estate dreams!
