Here is the latest Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate.... In the last two weeks in Weston, 14 single family homes came on the market, 12 sold*, and there are 113 remaining properties. Our inventory is the same as it was in my last report but down 11% since this time last year. Memorial Day – which often marks a slow down in the real estate market – is upon us.   Here is the latest Pinnacle Report for Weston, MA Real Estate.... In the last two weeks in Weston, 12 single family homes came on the market, five sold*, and there are 112 remaining properties. This less intensive new and pending activity speaks to the fact that many buyers and sellers were traveling during this time frame for School Vacation Week, and so they delayed looking at homes or putting their homes on the market.
