Happy April Fool’s Day yesterday. Did you get fooled by family or friends? Or did you do the fooling? This is our first full month of spring, and so I’ve shared a photo of gorgeous daffodils growing wildly and freely in one of my favorite Weston fields….

Now on to my twice-monthly Pinnacle Report covering the Weston, MA real estate market…. Another solid two weeks of market activity. Thirteen single family homes came on the market, and seven sold.* While our new listings came on at a variety of price points, most of our sold* activity took place below $1.5 million. Our inventory (94) has increased since my last report (86) but is less than where it was this time last year (101). We expect this good market activity to continue as we proceed into the spring months.
