For those of you who love market stats….click here – Jan 16-31 2011 Solds in Weston MA – to see information on the single-family homes that sold/closed in the last two weeks in Weston, MA.  Three single-family homes closed in the last two weeks, and there weren’t any land sales.  One item to note is that 111 Sudbury Road, which was on the market for 250 days and sold for $1,950,000, had previously been on the market for an additional 448 days (for a total market time of 698 days or almost two years) and started at a price of $2,553,000.  This is not reflected in the MLS sold data on the property.  And interestingly, for this same time period 2010 vs. 2011, the market volume is similar, but the days on the market was much less for 2010 (51 vs. 216).
