For those of you who love market stats….click here – Feb 16-28 2011 Solds in Weston MA- to see information on the single-family homes that sold/closed in the last twelve days in Weston, MA.  The good news is that we more than doubled our market volume from this time last year – $5,110,000 for this 12-day period in 2011 vs. $2,121,000 for the same time period in 2010.  One item to note is that 112 Woodchester Road, which was on the market for 123 days and sold for $662,000, had previously been on the market for an additional 359 days (for a total market time of 482 days) and started at a price of $825,000.  This is not reflected in the MLS sold data on the property.
